An important aspect of Public Health is to understand the chemical and biological processes that regulate the fate of contaminants we release into the environment.

 

My Niche

I joined Prof. Elsie Sunderland's group in 2012. I combine fieldwork, laboratory analyses and experiments, and geochemical modeling to study biogeochemical processes affecting the transport and fate of trace metals in aquatic ecosystems.
